The first step of our creative process involves analysing the event brief thoroughly in order to establish the main points of interest for our research phase and reach the client’s target.

Through research, we gain a fundamental understanding of the project’s background while getting inspired on new ideas that will go hand with the success of the event.

Brainstorming Phase 1

Post individual research, our team handles the brainstorming process by sharing their distinct and original ideas with each other while developing each one collectively.

Concept Creation

The brainstorming phase one results in having a plethora of developed ideas laid in front of our team. The team then commences the process of connecting them intricately in order to form the basic concept of the proposal.

Brainstorming Phase 2

After establishing the basic concept, specific plans will be selected to be researched furthermore collectively by our team in order to develop innovative ideas to be implemented in the concept.

Content Development

The concept development wraps up all of the team’s creative ideas into one brilliant presentation, tailored exclusively for the project and presents an abundance of options for our client.

Proposal Delivery

Our team delivers a full proposal from A to Z, containing a strategy for all different aspects of the project, such as marketing, production, and organizing plans, that will ensure the event’s great success.

Project Execution

Following the proposal’s approval, our team begins all of the production operations required for the project. During the event, our philosophy follows a simple notion to be the first and last people on site.

Feedback and Report

We take feedback from or projects very seriously as we aim to safeguard the client’s and out personal image of conducting professional events. After each project, our team formulates a report that studies all the aspects of the event in order to create space for improvements on the next project.
